Sustainability Basic Policy
The Company has established the following "Sustainability Basic Policy" with the aim of further contributing to the realization of a sustainable society, building upon its quality and environment management initiatives under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
1. Basic Policy on Responsible Business Conduct
The Company is committed to conducting its business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in a fair and ethical manner, while recognizing respect for human rights, reduction of environmental impact, responsible procurement, information security, and quality assurance as key management priorities. In promoting these initiatives, the Company refers to international frameworks, such as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and strives for continuous improvement in a manner consistent with the nature and scale of its business operations.
*This policy has also been formulated with reference to the "Guidelines on Respecting Human Rights in Responsible Supply Chains" issued by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan.
2. Human Rights Policy
The Company respects the human rights of all individuals involved in its business activities in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The Company does not tolerate any form of human rights violations, including forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, discrimination, or harassment. Furthermore, the Company recognizes that its business operations, including those within its supply chain, may have potentially adverse impacts on human rights. In consideration of the nature and scale of its business operations, the Company is committed to establishing a Human Rights Due Diligence framework that consists of the identification and assessment of risk, as well as prevention, mitigation, and remediation of adverse human rights impacts. The Company maintains designated contacts for consultations and reporting regarding human rights concerns.

3. Responsible Procurement Policy
The Company values fair, equitable, and transparent business transactions and seeks mutual development with its suppliers. Accordingly, we request our suppliers to understand and cooperate with the following initiatives:
- Compliance with Laws and Respect for Human Rights: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and work to eliminate human rights abuses, including forced labor and child labor.
- Environmental Consideration and Health & Safety: Reduce environmental impact and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Information Protection: Properly and securely manage confidential and personal information.
- Cooperation for Assessment: Cooperate with supply chain assessments and investigations, including those related to human rights and conflict minerals, requested by the Company or its business partners.

4. Responsible Mineral Procurement Policy
Regarding the procurement of minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG), the Company refers to the OECD's "Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas." We are committed to avoiding involvement in serious human rights violations or the financing of armed groups in conflict-affected and high-risk areas. In addition, upon requests by customers or business partners, the Company will endeavor to provide relevant information using standard templates such as CMRT and EMRT provided by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). Regarding upstream supply chain information that cannot be directly managed or verified, the Company will respond within a reasonable scope based on information provided by our suppliers.
*This policy is formulated with reference to the "OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas" introduced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
5. Policy for Responses to Customer and Business Partner Inquiries
The Company will cooperate and respond appropriately to supply chain assessments related to human rights, conflict minerals, environmental matters, and other sustainability-related issues. In order to ensure prompt and efficient responses, the Company follows the procedures below:
